8-week INTRODUCATION TO YOGA

Tuesday evenings 7-8pm, January 12- February 16 Michael Lloyd Billington

If you’ve been curious about yoga but are looking for a gentle, step-by-step introduction, this is the class for you! In this special introductory series we’ll gradually explore the basic principles & practices of yoga -- all in a relaxed, comfortable setting with others who are also new to yoga.
